These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ed98 platform and all services provided through ed98.win. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or place any wager on ed98. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this age requirement. ed98 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where required.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) Account on ed98. The creation or use of duplicate accounts — including accounts in another person's name — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.3 Accurate Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. ed98 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable through KYC procedures.
2.4 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using ed98 complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Malaysia are subject to change, and each Member is responsible for their own compliance with applicable local laws. ed98 operates under international gaming authority licensing and makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
3.1 Credential Confidentiality. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ed98 will never request your password via any communication channel. Any person who gains access to your account using your credentials is considered authorised by you, and ed98 bears no liability for resulting losses.
3.2 Notification of Breach. Members must notify ed98 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account. Notification may be submitted through the 24/7 live support channel at ed98.win.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ed98 offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security. Members are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their account security settings. ed98 is not liable for account compromises where 2FA was available but not enabled by the Member.
4.1 Accepted Methods. ed98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at ed98's sole discretion.
4.2 MYR Denomination. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified at the time of transaction. ed98 does not apply currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.
4.3 KYC Before Withdrawal. All Members must complete KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document. ed98 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. For a Member's first withdrawal, funds must be returned via the same method used for the initial deposit, to the extent technically possible. This requirement is in place for anti-money-laundering compliance purposes.
4.5 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit is RM20 for e-wallets and RM30 for bank transfer methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. These thresholds are subject to change and Members should refer to the ed98 cashier for current applicable limits.
4.6 Source of Funds. Members warrant that all funds deposited into their ed98 Wallet originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. ed98 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of any deposited funds.
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available by ed98 are subject to individual terms that will be communicated at the time each promotion is offered. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (turnover conditions) before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the specified time window results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise: live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate. Members should review specific promotion terms for applicable contribution rates.
5.4 Abuse. ed98 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings derived from any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or any form of coordinated promotion manipulation. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts, the use of betting software, or collusion between Members.
6.1 Final Authority. In the event of any dispute relating to the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of ed98 (or its appointed game or data provider) shall be final. ed98 sources official results from certified data feeds and licensed game providers.
6.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system outage that interrupts a game or wager, ed98 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, bets may be voided and stakes returned at ed98's sole discretion.
6.3 Errors. ed98 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds or stakes that resulted from a technical, pricing, or typographical error on the Platform, regardless of whether the bet was accepted and settled at the erroneous odds.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per event, per game round, and per day. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. ed98 reserves the right to reduce payout limits for any market at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ed98 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
8.1 Ownership. All content on ed98.win — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of ed98 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ed98.
9.1 Platform Availability. ed98 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.2 Financial Losses. ed98 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from gambling outcomes, technical failures, or account disputes.
9.3 Third-Party Services. Certain games and features on the Platform are provided by third-party game providers. ed98 is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party provider, though it undertakes to only partner with licensed and audited operators.
9.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ed98's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Wallet in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 Commitment. ed98 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to assist Members in managing their gambling activity.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members from their account settings at no charge:
10.3 Age Enforcement. ed98 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all Members. Suspected underage accounts will be suspended pending identity verification.
10.4 Third-Party Support. Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support from international responsible gaming organisations. ed98 provides links to responsible gaming resources within the Responsible Gaming section of the Platform.
11.1 By ed98. ed98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal conduct; a request from a relevant authority or court; or where ed98 reasonably believes that continued operation of the account presents legal or reputational risk to the Platform.
11.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure for cause, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the satisfaction of any valid claims by ed98 will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to KYC compliance.
11.3 By Member. Members may close their account at any time by contacting ed98 customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Member subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
12.1 Internal Process. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform should first be submitted to ed98's customer support team via the live chat or email channel at [email protected]. ed98 will acknowledge receipt of any formal dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
12.2 Escalation. If a Member is not satisfied with ed98's response to a dispute, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by ed98's international gaming licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided upon request.
12.3 Game Decisions. All decisions relating to game outcomes, settled bets, and technical gaming events are final and binding once confirmed by the relevant game system or data provider. These decisions are not subject to reversal except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ed98 holds its primary gaming licence. Members agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the processes set out in Section 12.
14.1 Right to Amend. ed98 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.
14.2 Continued Use. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept the revised terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 11.3.
14.3 Version History. The date at the top of this document reflects the date on which these Terms & Conditions were last revised. Prior versions are available upon request by contacting ed98 customer support.
